The individual leaves are approximately 6 inches in height or larger.
Currently Wisconsin has a medical cannabis act for the 2011-2012 session. Our act is publicly known as the JRMMA or Jacki Rickert Medical Marijuana Act. Known by our legislators as Senate Bill 371 and Assembly Bill 475, the act is now a bill and stuck in committee, again.
The patient, Lee, is making these hemp cannabis leaves to help raise funds, awareness and support for his local activist group, Northern Wisconsin NORML. NORML Lee, as we call him, is also a member of the Wisconsin Cannabis Activist Network and is a consistent monetary donor to local, state and nation initiatives.
